Continuing its tradition of culinary excellence, Giselle Miami is introducing a refreshed menu featuring new, thoughtfully curated dishes that highlight a fusion of Asian, Mediterranean, and French-inspired cuisine. The latest menu evolution brings an exquisite balance of flavors and textures, designed to entice both loyal guests and first-time visitors alike.

The latest menu additions highlight a balance of bold flavors and refined technique, starting with the Heirloom Beet Carpaccio ($22)—a vibrant vegetarian dish showcasing tri-colored baby beets roasted to perfection, dressed in a mustard apple vinaigrette, and topped with crispy Cana de Cabra goat cheese, roasted pistachios, and pickled red onion. Seafood lovers will enjoy the Branzino Crudo ($19), where fresh branzino meets the bright, tangy notes of green apple, raspberries, and ponzu for a delicate yet flavorful bite.

For those craving expertly prepared sushi, the Tuna Maki ($29) reimagines a tuna poke bowl in roll form, featuring fresh tuna, avocado, and seaweed, enhanced by a smoked poke dressing with ponzu, sesame oil, and a touch of spice. Topped with pickled onions and seared tuna tataki, it delivers a dynamic fusion of textures and flavors.

Meat lovers will want to try the Steak Tartare ($27), a Mediterranean-Asian fusion take on the classic dish. Hand-cut tenderloin is seasoned with miso sesame nori, ginger, and extra virgin olive oil, then topped with a quail egg yolk, miso aioli, and crispy garlic chips for added texture. It’s served with four crispy duck fat potato cakes—offering an extra indulgence with an optional $10 upgrade for more.

Elevating the side selections, Artichokes ($19) take center stage with a unique three-way preparation—crispy fried whole artichoke, delicate artichoke chips, and a velvety artichoke purée infused with butter and onions, finished with a bright salsa verde.
