On Tuesday, February 25, Multiplan REAM celebrated the groundbreaking of Ocean House Residences, a stunning boutique residence offering an exclusive collection of 25 oceanfront residences along Surfside’s coveted and highly desirable coastline. The groundbreaking marks a significant milestone for the self-financed project, bringing Ocean House one step closer to delivering an exclusive luxury product to Surfside’s serene neighborhood. Marcelo Kingston, Managing Director of Multiplan REAM, Phil Gutman of Gutman Development Marketing, and interior designer Carla Guilhem each gave remarks on the project’s excellence and the impact of this significant milestone on the Surfside community. During the event, guests enjoyed specialty coffee, an assortment of brunch appetizers, and celebratory mimosas and rose.
