On Thursday, August 26th, the Sales Pavilion for the highly anticipated Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami celebrated its grand reveal. The opening included a star-studded gathering of Mandarin Oriental’s chefs and culinary experts from around the world.
The event was a gastronomic showcase, featuring chef stations from some of the most acclaimed names in the global culinary scene:
- Antonio Guida: The mastermind behind the two-Michelin starred Seta Mandarin Oriental, Milan. Antonio also leads Talea by Antinio Guida, a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, and the newly opened ORSINI restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich.
- Richard Ekkebus: The award-winning chef of Amber, the renowned French fine-dining restaurant at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, boasting both two-star and Green-star Michelin status.
- Dominique Bugnand: Executive Chef at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, overseeing the culinary operations of the hotel’s 13 food and beverage outlets, including the Michelin-starred Le Normandie.
- Chanel Adams: Mixologist and Bar Manager at the iconic Bamboo Bar at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok. Known as Bangkok’s first jazz bar, The Bamboo Bar was named the Best Bar in Thailand and ranked No. 11 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2021.
- Devender Kumar: Mixologist and Assistant General Manager at The Aubrey, located on the 25th floor of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. The Aubrey is celebrated as one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, offering a unique Japanese izakaya experience.
