Lincoln Road’s Ultimate Mother’s Day and May Event Guide 2025



This May, Lincoln Road, Miami Beach’s cultural hub with over 200 shops, restaurants and entertainment offerings, is celebrating moms with a can’t-miss lineup of events. Visitors are invited to embrace the spirit of the season with a festive Family Day to kick off the month, followed by a rejuvenating, mom-focused Pilates class on Mother’s Day weekend led by beloved Miami instructor @JungleJohanna with Liliana Montoya Swimwear.

May 3 – Family Day: Celebrating Mom: Join families at the Euclid Oval from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a free, fun-filled day of immersive crafts, pictures, face painting and more.

May 3 & 4 – New World Symphony Season Finale with Gil Shaham: Violinist Gil Shaham joins forces with Edward Gardner, principal conductor of the London Philharmonic Orchestra, and Molly Turner, conducting fellow with the New World Symphony, for two exclusive finale shows at the New World Center.

May 10 – Mother’s Day Pilates with @JungleJohanna: This free wellness event will feature a mom-focused outdoor Pilates class from 10:15 a.m. to noon at 1111 Lincoln Road led by certified instructor @JungleJohanna with Liliana Montoya Swimwear.

May 11 – Lincoln Road Antique & Collectible Market: A Miami Beach favorite for over 30 years, this must-visit antique market for visitors and tourists alike offers an array of vintage finds, including clothing, jewelry and art, plus designer and midcentury furniture. Antique treasure enthusiasts can explore unique bargains from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- May 15 – Nike + South Beach Run Club: Join the South Beach Run Club at the Nike store at 1035 Lincoln Road from 6-10 p.m. for the organization’s free weekly run. Whether you’re sprinting, jogging or walking, all are welcome to take part in the community-driven activation.

May 23 – Open-Air Tango: Visitors and locals can dive into the cultural riches of Miami Beach with an exciting culture crawl. Making a stop on Lincoln Road, guests can dance the night away during the eighth-annual open-air tango season led by professional instructors at the Euclid Oval. The free lessons are followed by three hours of social tango dancing under the stars and performers from 6-10 p.m.

Every Saturday at 9 a.m. – Beat the Gym with Tony Thomas: Every Saturday, Lincoln Road, in collaboration with Tony Thomas, hosts a free full-body boot camp that includes core, balance and flexibility training to keep attendees looking and feeling great.

Every Sunday at 10 a.m. – Free Community Yoga on Lincoln Road: Join other yogis every Sunday from 10-11 a.m. in the Euclid Courtyard for a free Sunday morning stretch guided by local South Beach yoga instructors. Classes are open to all skill levels. Participants are required to bring their own equipment, mats and water.

Every Sunday at 9 a.m. – Lincoln Road Farmers Market: Walk along Lincoln Road, where local vendors gather to sell fruits, vegetables, fresh-cut flowers and more on Miami’s largest pedestrian walkway. Rain or shine, guests are welcome to explore the area to find regional treasures.

Every Wednesday at 8 p.m. – SoundScape Cinema Series: Watch your favorite movies under the stars at SoundScape Park during the 15th season of the SoundScape Cinema Series! May’s lineup includes Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (May 7), Top Gun (May 14), The Parent Trap (May 21) and, for the series’ final date of the season, Mufasa: The Lion King (May 28). Through June 12 – Michelangelo Immersive: From May 2 to June 12, experience the genius of Michelangelo like never before in this breathtaking immersive exhibition at 1212 Lincoln Road. Stand before full-scale replicas of his most iconic sculptures, including David, Moses and the Pietà; be transported beneath the frescoes of the Sistine Chapel with a stunning 360-degree digital recreation; and even try your hand at artistic creation in The Creative Lab, an interactive space designed to inspire creativity in visitors of all ages. Through June 30 – Duck With Pride: In celebration of Pride, Lincoln Road debuted two “rubber duck” sculptures by artist Facundo Yebne of FLY Miami Art. On view through June 30, the pieces are meant to encourage dialogue around themes of inclusivity, unity and resilience. The deeply personal pieces spark joy and conversation, as well as colorful photo ops.

Through June 30 – XO World Installation: Ahead of Art Week Miami Beach, Lincoln Road, in partnership with the City of Miami Beach, unveiled Daniel Anderson’s “XO World,” a striking 20,000-pound stainless-steel sculpture spanning over 17 feet high and 24 feet long. Inspired by the universal game of jacks, the sculpture embodies the four pillars of equality, unity, peace and love. The XO World Project Foundation, which is focused on making a sustainable impact on global communities, carries out humanitarian projects that address equal access to health care, water, food and economic empowerment for women.

Through December 2025 – Gillie and Marc Art Installations: Prolific art duo Gillie and Marc, known for their heartwarming and thought-provoking art installations that celebrate and raise awareness for wildlife preservation, have brought their whimsical and interactive style to life in Miami Beach for the first time with the unveiling of two never-before-exhibited bronze sculptures on Lincoln Road: “The Giraffe and Chimpanzee Were on a Wild Ride to a Safer Place with Rabbitwoman and Dogman” and “The White Rhino Bench of Friendship.” Visitors are encouraged to interact with the sculptures, share photos on social media using the hashtags #GillieandMarc and #OnLincoln, and join the artists’ mission to promote conservation.
