Johnston Group Capital Management, Inc., an affiliate of Palm Beach Gardens-based Johnston Group Development & Construction, proudly announces significant progress on the construction timeline for HAVN Residences & Yacht Club, marking a key step toward redefining luxury living in Palm Beach Shores. With interior and exterior renovations well underway, the 2.5-acre enclave of five mid-rise buildings is on track for completion by April 2025.
Interior renovations are making rapid progress, with 14 residences completed and ready for delivery.
