Ivette Naranjo, the pioneering force behind Wynwood’s acclaimed Caféina, returns to the nightlife scene with her latest venture, Selvatico. This new venue marks a triumphant comeback after a four-year hiatus, bringing a touch of sophisticated charm back to the bustling Wynwood Art District. Slated to open its doors Saturday July 13, 2024, the lounge will welcome its guests Thursday through Saturday nights weekly from 7 PM – 3 AM and Sundays from 4 PM – 12 AM.
Known for her visionary approach and creative flair, Naranjo has been instrumental in transforming Wynwood into Miami’s premier arts and nightlife destination. Her groundbreaking establishment, Caféina, not only secured the district’s first full liquor license but also set the stage for Wynwood’s explosive growth as a cultural and social hub. Selvatico, Naranjo’s newest venture, embodies the essence of a verdant jungle oasis amidst Wynwood’s urban landscape. Designed in collaboration with acclaimed interior designer Natasha Tellini Vontobel, Selvatico features natural earth tones and lush greenery, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The space offers a refreshing retreat where the lively spirit of the jungle meets the chic sophistication of a modern lounge.
Selvatico‘s cocktail menu is a curated journey through exotic flavors and inventive pairings. Each drink is meticulously crafted to complement the venue’s jungle theme, offering patrons a taste of adventure curated in every sip. Highlights from the menu include:
- TANGO WITH THE TIGER – Añejo Tequila, Licor 43, Egg White (substitute fee foam), Blackberry syrup and Pomelo with Pear juice
- BASIL BUNNY – Cachaça , Lychee fresh fruit, Basil leaves and Fresh lime juice with sugar rim
- TAMANDUA – Zacapa Rum, Pistachio Monin, Mint leaves and lime juice
