International Staff Augmentation (ISA) is pleased to announce that Audrey Gorman, director of business development and marketing for the Fort Lauderdale-based global talent company, has been named to the Board of Directors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, where she will serve as chair of the Rising Leaders Council. She will serve a one-year term in this leadership role.

Established in 2017, the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Rising Leaders Council’s goal is to provide personal and professional growth opportunities through fun and engaging activities, while simultaneously offering career enhancing-professional development opportunities. It is focused on all aspects of a young professional’s life, and its events offer a chance for young professionals to explore Fort Lauderdale and network in a trendy atmosphere.

In her role at ISA, Gorman helps companies access highly skilled remote talent, streamlining workforce solutions while reducing costs and eliminating hiring-related administrative burdens. She works closely with businesses to understand their needs and provide workforce solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of International Business from the University of Florida, equipping her with a strong foundation in global business strategy and operations.

A South Florida native, Gorman is passionate about building meaningful connections and contributing to the local business community. She enjoys networking, staying engaged in community events, and supporting philanthropic initiatives that make a meaningful impact.
