Ingredients:
- 1 egg white
- .75oz simple syrup
- .75oz lemon juice
- 2oz Sazerac rye
- Mint spring
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a shaker tin and dry shake for about 30 seconds.
- Add ice to shaker tin and shake again for 20-30 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a mint spring.
