Ingredients

  • 1 egg white 
  • .75oz simple syrup
  • .75oz lemon juice 
  • 2oz Sazerac rye 
  • Mint spring 

Method: 

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker tin and dry shake for about 30 seconds. 
  2. Add ice to shaker tin and shake again for 20-30 seconds. 
  3. Strain into a martini glass. 
  4. Garnish with a mint spring.
