This Valentine’s Day, love is on the menu at 3030 Ocean – a chic atmosphere for candlelit dinner on the beach in Fort Lauderdale. The signature eatery at Marriott Harbor Beach Resort will offer a five-course pre-fixe menu paired with ocean views.
The romantic menu, specially curated by Executive Chef Mikey Termini, begins with an amuse-bouche of swordfish and beet carpaccio with berry vinegar and semi dehydrated beet root. Herb butter poached lobster tail alongside a leek salad is followed by an intermezzo of lemon sorbet and prosecco. The third course is an experiential offering, allowing couples to cook their Ishiyaki A5 wagyu beef to their specific liking on a cooking stone provided alongside their partner. Then, calamari al ajillo is served with squid ink risotto, and crawfish garlic cream sauce. Dinner concludes with a decadent dark chocolate demi-sphere dessert with raspberry rose mousse, passion fruit gelee, chocolate almond sponge, berry compote, candied almonds, and crème anglaise, paired with a flute of French champagne.
Available exclusively the evening of Feb. 14, 2025 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., the pre-fixe menu is priced at $145 per person. Reservations are recommended and can be made on OpenTable.
