Uchi Miami Offers Chopped Cheese for a Cause: Limited-Time Sando Supports Health in the Hood from July 14-20

Uchi Miami is serving up something special this week that’s equal parts craveable and charitable. From July 14–20, the award-winning restaurant is rolling out a one-week-only Chopped Cheese Sando—and it’s more than just ridiculously delicious. A portion of proceeds from every sandwich sold will benefit Health in the Hood, a Miami-based nonprofit that’s on a mission to fight food insecurity through urban gardens, fresh produce access and wellness education in underserved communities.
This isn’t your average sandwich. Uchi’s elevated twist on the NYC bodega classic brings together melt-in-your-mouth wagyu beef, creamy cheddar mornay and rich onion jam, all tucked into a cloud-like shokupan bun. It’s savory and satisfying—in true Uchi fashion.
