Escape Rooftop Bar at the Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is presenting a very special five-course wine dinner featuring the locally-sourced delectable coastal Italian cuisine of Chef Michael Mayer, who also helms the hotel’s signature restaurant La Fuga. Accompanying Chef’s delectable menu will be selections from CW Intercept Wines, an award-winning California winery owned by NFL Legend, Super Bowl Champion, Hall of Famer and the only defensive player to ever win the Heisman Trophy, Charles Woodson. Woodson himself will be in attendance at the dinner to guide guests through the exclusive experience and discuss his journey from football super star to winemaker extraordinaire. The dinner will take place at Escape Rooftop, Kimpton Shorebreak’s spectacular rooftop bar and lounge renowned for offering up some of Fort Lauderdale Beach’s best sunset views.
