
Savor the Season at Uchiko x Soto Sake Kolab DInner on July 29
Join us at Uchiko Miami Beach on Tuesday, July 29 at 7:30 p.m. for the launch of the KoLab Dinner Series – a special collaboration with Soto Sake, a premium sake brand brewed in Japan using traditional methods and natural ingredients like finely polished rice and mountain water.
This 10-course menu draws inspiration from Southeast Asian flavors and Southern ingredients, with a focus on chiles, aromatics, acids and umami-rich sauces. Expect dishes rooted in Thai and Vietnamese simplicity, layered with seasonal touches.
