Acclaimed Peruvian chefs and husband-and-wife team Juan Manuel Umbert and Janice Buraschi of celebrated modern pasta-focused restaurant, PASTA, welcome Chef Jhonny Delgado of the beloved Miami-based sandwich pop-up, Sandoches, on Sunday, May 4 for an exclusive brunch collaboration. In support of PASTA’s revolving “Guest Chef’s Counter Series,” the chef trio will present a combination of appetizers, sandwiches, and dessert specials; as well as Sandoches’ local cult-favorite Latin-American and Asian-fueled comfort food sandwiches.
