Guests will enjoy a curated seven-course tasting menu by Executive Chef James Friedberg—featuring dishes like filet mignon with foie gras and golden beet gratin—paired with two of Hundred Acre’s elusive “Perfect Vintages”: the 2021 ‘Morgan’s Way’ and ‘Few and Far Between’ Cabernet Sauvignons. This exclusive experience offers a unique chance to taste wines that have received multiple 100-point scores, typically reserved for private collectors.
