Sourced from some of the state’s most expressive vineyard sites, Ceritas wines are crafted with deep respect for nature and minimal intervention—producing elegant, site-driven bottlings that speak to terroir and thoughtful craftsmanship.

Chef Freddy Money will present a seasonally inspired tasting menu, created in close collaboration with Wine Director Mcswell Pereira. Each course is paired to highlight the nuance and character of Ceritas’ distinct wines, offering a layered and refined exploration of food and wine harmony.

The evening will be hosted by John Raytek, founder and winemaker of Ceritas, who will share exclusive insights into the philosophy, vineyard practices, and winemaking vision that have earned the label its cult-like following among collectors and connoisseurs.
