Opened in South Beach in 2022 inside Alton Food Hall, Airmail offers guests an array of delectable cocktails onsite and via delivery through Uber Eats. Airmail boasts a team of savvy mixologists led by Sofia Present, who has over ten years of craft cocktail experience serving up delectable sips in some of New York City’s most beloved establishments. Sofia and the team have created a menu featuring your classic cocktails, including the namesake Airmail, as well as seasonal features. Airmail’s unique delivery service and impressive menu have landed the bar features in The New York Times and Forbes, among others.

Ingredients:
1 oz Cognac
.25 oz Crème de Banana
.25 oz Vanilla Liqueur
.5 oz Crème de Menthe
.5 oz Crème de Cacao
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Coco Lopez

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shake filled with ice.
Shake and then strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with dehydrated banana and fresh mint leaf, grate chocolate on top, and serve with gelt on the side.
