Graspa Group to Open Casalina Italian Restaurant in Delray on October 25

Graspa Group, the award-winning hospitality firm renowned for bringing a taste of Italy to South Florida, is set to unveil Casalina on October 25. Marking the group’s expansion into Palm Beach County, the Delray destination is set to be the newest go-to for elevated Italian dining with a touch of American flair. Under the direction of Chefs Angelo Masarin and Mattia Teagano, Casalina’s menu blends classic Italian flavors with a modern twist.
The menu opens with flavorful starters like the Spanish Octopus Carpaccio, topped with fennel, red oranges, cumin seeds, and drizzled citronette; Vongole Oreganata, made with oreganata bread crumbs, lemon sauce and parsley; and Smoked Duck Breast, sliced with Parmesan cheese nest, arugula and a berry reduction. Guests can watch from their seats as chefs skillfully prepare wood-fired pizzas, with must-try options like the Eggplant and Bufala, topped with diced eggplant, tomato sauce, oregano, basil and buffalo mozzarella; Silvia, topped with Prosciutto di Parma, grape tomatoes, and shaved parmesan cheese; and the Wild Mushrooms, topped with mixed mushrooms, tomato and mozzarella, among others.
The restaurant also features a substantial selection of cocktails and wine, with happy hour being available every day from 4-6 p.m. The quality wine menu includes bottles from Italian wine regions alongside popular American cabs and chardonnays. Every Monday, the restaurant features “Baci & Abbracci,” which includes 50% off on all bottles of wine. In addition, every Wednesday from 6-9 p.m., guests can enjoy exciting live music with Casalina’s Piano Bar Nights.
