Glass House Boca Raton, the first modern glass building in the heart of downtown Boca Raton, featuring 28 gracious residences, is pleased to appoint Boca Raton-based Concierge Property Solutions as development consultant.
Concierge Property Solutions will provide expertise in the development and operations of a five-star ultra-luxury residential project with a robust on-site property management program including a 24-hour staffed concierge to attend to residents’ daily needs, provide restaurant recommendations, and facilitate access for tickets to sporting events, concerts, and other major events. Additional services that Concierge Property Solutions offers include front-door package delivery service, common area maintenance, along with building exterior, garage, and roof, housekeeping, security, and an owners lounge with a daily coffee and tea bar, and complimentary newspapers. As a leader in ultra-high-level property management, Concierge Property Solutions will also provide input to the developers throughout the building process to ensure residents receive top-tier amenities and services.
Concierge Property Solutions joins Glass House Boca Raton’s stellar team of local visionaries including renowned West Palm Beach architecture firm Garcia Stromberg, celebrity interior designer Wade Hallock of Miami-based Hallock Design Group, and award-winning landscape architects AGTLAND of Delray Beach. Anthony Perera, founder and managing partner of Exuma Capital Partners, is a general partner and Square Edge, a full-service real estate project management and advisory company based in Miami, is the construction management partner.
