Forté Development Secures $47.5 Million Construction Loan for its Forté Luxe Luxury Boutique Waterfront Community in Jupiter, Florida

Forté Development secured a $47.5 million construction loan from New York-based 360 Capital Funding, on July 3, 2024, for its Forté Luxe, a luxury boutique waterfront community in Jupiter, Florida. 360 Capital Funding is a non-conventional lender that finances real estate projects in the continental United States.

Featuring just 17 multi-level residences on an exceptional and unique peninsula surrounded on three sides by beautiful Intracoastal Waterway views, Forté Luxe, which is currently under construction, is expected to be completed in Q4 2025. Forté Luxe offers views of cobalt blue water typically only found in the Bahamas. Pricing ranges from $4.35 million to $8 million.
