Five GOLDLAW Attorneys Recognized by 2025 Super Lawyers

GOLDLAW, a personal injury law firm in West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie, is pleased to announce that five of its attorneys have been recognized by Super Lawyers for 2025.

Craig M. Goldenfarb, Esq.; Rafael J. Roca, Esq., BCS; Michael H. Kugler, Esq.; and Tim D. Kenison, Esq. were named to the 2025 Florida Super Lawyers list, a distinction reserved for the top 5% of attorneys in the state. Additionally, Paul W. McBride, Esq. was selected to the 2025 Florida Rising Stars list, which represents the top 2.5% of attorneys in each state who are either 40 years old or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less.

Goldenfarb, CEO and founder of GOLDLAW, has been selected as a Super Lawyer for 11 years. After a highly successful career as a litigator, Goldenfarb’s primary focus is building teams that directly manage client cases and oversee the firm’s largest cases. He oversees pre-suit and litigation matters that involve significant loss, such as catastrophic injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. Roca has earned many important accolades and secured millions in verdict and settlement recoveries for hundreds of injured clients.

Kugler, a Civil Trial Attorney at GOLDLAW, has been selected for a third consecutive year as a Super Lawyer. Kugler has dedicated his career to obtaining justice for all categories of victims of negligence. In his career in pursuing justice for victims of the negligence of others, He has taken on such high-profile opponents as Mercedes-Benz, Toyota Motor Corporation, Fiat Chrysler, Michelin, and medical device giant Stryker.

Kenison has been selected as a Super Lawyer in 2025 for the first time. As an attorney with more than twenty years of experience, Kenison prosecutes medical negligence and other complex negligence cases on behalf of the firm’s clients. He is also the firm’s in-house appellate counsel.

McBride, a Civil Trial Attorney at GOLDLAW, has been selected for a second consecutive year as a Rising Star. McBride handles a wide variety of cases ranging from car crashes, trip and falls, wrongful death, products liability, negligent security, medical malpractice and sexual assault.
