Frankie is the owner of several other successful restaurants including Patricia’s of Holmdel, Gabriella’s Italian Steakhouse in New Jersey, Over Easy Kitchen & Espresso Bar, and Madison Modern Social.
Brusco’s newest venture, Gabriella’s Modern Italian, opened on March 5th, 2025 in Delray Beach. With a deep passion for innovation and creativity, Frankie prioritizes his customers’ needs and he works hard to provide great service for every one of his restaurants.
He was drawn to open Gabriella’s in South Florida, inspired by his deep appreciation for the vibrant culture and dynamic atmosphere of the area. After numerous visits, he seized the opportunity to bring something fresh and exciting to the hospitality scene in Delray Beach.
