The national real estate development firm Continuum Company celebrated the groundbreaking of La Baia North on October 1, 2024. La Baia North is the second of two luxurious boutique bayfront condominiums planned for Miami’s prestigious Bay Harbor Islands. This milestone follows Continuum’s previous success in securing a $90 million construction loan for the 100% sold La Baia South. The eight-story, 57-unit La Baia North, located at 9481 E Bay Harbor Drive, boasts impressive pre-sales at 60% sold, showcasing strong buyer interest for its waterfront location and luxurious offerings. This achievement also underscores the vision of Ian Bruce Eichner, the renowned New York developer behind Continuum South Beach, Continuum Club & Residences, and the recent acquisition of the iconic Shuckers Bar and Grill site in North Bay Village.
