Opened in South Beach in 2022 inside Alton Food Hall, Airmail offers guests an array of delectable cocktails onsite and via delivery through Uber Eats. Sofia and the team have created a menu featuring your classic cocktails, including the namesake Airmail, as well as seasonal features. Airmail’s unique delivery service and impressive menu have landed the bar features in The New York Times and Forbes, among others.

Ingredients:
3 Dashes Saline
0.25 oz Lime
0.5 oz Coconut
0.75 oz Pumpkin Spiced Butter
0.25 oz Coffee Liquor (Kahlua)
2 oz Kraken Rum

Method:
Build in a shaker tin with two ice cubes.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into a double rocks glass with crushed ice.
Garnish with an orchid and/or a cinnamon stick & coffee beans.
