In celebration of National Caviar Day on Friday, July 18, Chef Raheem Sealey is flipping the script on luxury with a one-night-only dining experience that blends Japanese precision, BBQ flair, and a whole lot of indulgence.
For $100, guests can indulge in a BBQ Toro-Washed Martini, expertly designed to complement the richness of a caviar bump served on a spoon. The offering continues with a 3-piece Toro Nigiri Flight, featuring akami, chu-toro, and o-toro. Each piece is elevated in its way: one topped with premium caviar, another with uni, and one finished in Shiso’s signature style, a true reflection of Chef Raheem’s fearless flavor philosophy.
