Co-owned by Chef John Kreidich and his wife, Maya, Camille‘s reflects their shared passion for food and hospitality. Chef Kreidich, a New York native, brings a rich culinary background, having worked at notable restaurants in both New York and Miami. His expertise blends Italian flavors with French and American techniques, resulting in a menu that balances tradition and creativity. Maya, with her hospitality roots, ensures a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that complements the food.
At Camille‘s, guests can enjoy a wide range of offerings, from New York-style pizzas to handmade pastas and seasonal dishes. The menu includes appetizers like Mussels, Burrata, and Grilled Octopus, along with entrees such as Chicken “Parma John,” Mediterranean Branzino, and Grilled Pin Wheel Sausage. Pasta dishes like Bucatini Cacio e Pepe and Tagliatelle with Wild Mushrooms, along with a variety of pizzas and classic desserts like Tiramisu and Cannoli’s, round out the experience.
