The expansive 8,000-square-foot Sunrise Rooftop offers breathtaking views of the South Beach skyline and features a full-service bar, a serene pool, and ample seating. Perfect for a range of events, it comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests for seated dinners and up to 240 guests for cocktail-style receptions. Rental rates begin at $1,000 per hour on weekdays and $1,500 per hour on weekends.
SUNSET ROOFTOP
Take in sweeping city views from the Sunset Rooftop, an intimate 3,500-square-foot open-air terrace located on the 6th floor. Ideal for golden-hour gatherings, group workouts, and more, this elevated space offers a picturesque setting for events large and small. Rental rates start at $500 per hour on weekdays and $800 per hour on weekends.
COURTYARD
Located at street level just outside the main entrance of Uma House, the lush and shaded Courtyard offers a versatile 3,500-square-foot space perfect for brand activations, influencer events, and intimate cocktail receptions. With its inviting ambiance and prime visibility, the Courtyard is available for rental at $800 per hour on weekdays and $1,000 per hour on weekends.
MEETING ROOM
Well-suited for executive board meetings, team training, and hybrid presentations, Uma House’s 700 square foot Meeting Room is equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing capabilities and can be rented for $1,000 for a half day or $2,000 for a full day.
CATERING PACKAGES
Uma House by Yurbban provides the following beverage service options:
- Wine & Beer: $25/person for the first hour, $10 per additional hour
- Full Premium Bar: $35/person for the first hour; $15 per additional hour
- Corkage Fee: $50/guest if client supplies their own liquor
- Coffee, tea and non-alcoholic beverage packages are also available for meeting room bookings ($6-$15/person). Food catering can be coordinated upon request
