Apple Bliss Elixer

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz Bourbon
2 oz Apple Cider
¼ oz lime juice
2-3 dashes Cardamom Bitters
2-3 oz Ginger Beer
METHOD:
Step 1: In a shaker, blend all the ingredients, excluding the ginger beer. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain the mixture into a stylish coupe glass. Finish by topping it off with a splash of invigorating ginger beer.
Step 2: Elevate the presentation by garnishing the cocktail with a crisp slice of fresh apple.
Note** If desired, the cocktail can also be served over ice for a refreshing alternative.
GARNISH: Demerara sugar rim, dried/fresh apple slice, or cinnamon stick
