Leading developer Related Group (Related), in partnership with legendary Italian design house Pininfarina, has broken Fort Lauderdale price records with the sale of the first penthouse at Andare Residences by Pininfarina (Andare). Under contract for $2,660 per square foot, the marquee deal surpasses the price per square foot record previously held by The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six.
