280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC is pleased to announce that it has named Kelly Gerber, a South Florida luxury homes specialist with Douglas Elliman, as sales director for Glass House Boca Raton, the first modern glass building in the heart of downtown Boca Raton. Having begun her early real estate career in New York City, Gerber specializes in the homes, estates and condominiums of Boca Raton and Delray Beach.
Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive sales and marketing team for Glass House, which is ideally situated at 280 E Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33432. The 10-story, intimate luxury residential development features 28 gracious residences and the city’s only rooftop pool oasis with stunning ocean, Intracoastal, and golf course views.
Sales for Glass House launched in February 2024. Groundbreaking is slated for the first quarter of 2025, and the development is expected to be completed in fall 2026. Pricing ranges from $2.5–$6.9 million.
Gerber grew up in Old Westbury, New York, and attended the University of Miami, and Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, New York. In addition to her career in luxury real estate, she has led her own luxury brand jewelry business.
Now as a Boca Raton resident, Gerber focuses on helping her clients find their ideal home to fit their lifestyle and needs. She enjoys spending time with family, the outdoors, sports, music, the arts and traveling.
