On Thursday, July 18th, 14th Street Miami Investments LLC celebrated the sales launch of 14 ROC, at their latest success, Gale Miami Hotel and Residences. 14 ROC, the latest addition to the GFO Investments portfolio, features interiors by the renowned March and White Design (MAWD). Rising from an organic, rock-like base, the building seamlessly blends structure and art. Located at 125 NE 14th Street, it offers residents proximity to “The Signature District,” a vibrant neighborhood anchored by the Signature Bridge, Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Center, Pérez Art Museum, and the 33-acre green space called Underdeck, connecting downtown Miami and Edgewater. The sales launch event kicked off with a 6 PM VIP preview in the speakeasy, featuring the developer and the Cervera Real Estate sales team.
Following the preview, over 200 guests gathered for a spectacular party in the restaurant on the 9th floor, activating the entire floor and pool area. The evening featured live music and an artist customizing “rock” coasters, adding a unique touch to the celebration.
