DESCRIPTION:​JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa is delighted to invite guests to a deeply immersive Full Moon Meditation and Sound Bath experience for the Blue Moon\, thoughtfully crafted to restore balance\, heighten awareness\, and bring harmony to the body and mind. \nThe experience begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the Flower Moon\, honoring its symbolism of growth\, renewal\, and blossoming intention. Guests are then gently guided through the foundations of sound therapy\, what it is\, how it works\, and how vibrational frequencies can support deep relaxation\, energetic alignment\, and inner clarity. \nThe space is ceremonially cleared using sage and feather along with a full guided meditation\, creating a calm and intentional container for the experience.\nGuests are then enveloped in a full sound bath featuring Himalayan singing bowls\, drums\, rain sticks\, Koshi wind chimes\, and gongs.
