Guests can indulge in standout selections like Caviar Tartlets\, Tuna & Salmon Tartare Cones\, Lobster Bites\, Black Truffle Bites\, assorted French macarons\, chocolate mousse\, éclairs and seasonal tartlets\, all crafted by Executive Chef Alejandro Porben\, whose fresh\, non-traditional approach reimagines the afternoon tea tradition. Guests can choose between two signature experiences: The River Tower ($55 per person)\, featuring one tower to share between two guests and a choice of two cocktails per person\, or The Sunset Tower ($85 per person)\, which includes a premium luxury tower paired with a 90-minute spritz package.
