Exhale South Beach

The recently renovated Exhale South Beach at Loews Miami Beach Hotel is matching its new look with fresh programming. Anchoring the fitness center and spa’s mindful upgrades is the Recovery Class, a 50-minute mind-body experience emphasizing myofascial and trigger point release. The deep-tissue workout takes participants through six ranges of motion and multiple planes, coupled with concentrated foam rolling and deep breathing.
