Grounded in the idea of ‘creating an artfully lived life,’ NoMad Hotels have captured the imagination of world travelers, and their first residential project in the vibrant Wynwood Arts District is no different. Partnering with leading developer Related Group to bring the wildly popular hotel brand’s first residential project to Miami — NoMad Residences Wynwood will offer 329 fully furnished residences rich in old-school glamour and artistic spirit. Over half of the project’s units are in contract since launch in April 2022, including a residence at roughly $2,000 per square foot, shattering neighborhood price records.

Now, the residential project has unveiled the first look at its posh, masterfully designed amenities, which include an expansive full-service rooftop pool with sundeck and cabanas, state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center with dedicated outdoor fitness lawns, an extensive library, and coworking space, and a grilling area and outdoor cinema.

Up on the blue-and-white Mediterranean-inspired roof, striking panoramic views of downtown Miami draw residents to the fully serviced pool and sun deck, private cabanas, and state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor fitness lounge.

Inside the signature NoMad Library and Lounge, located on the ninth floor, tropical colors don the secondary resident hub, featuring NoMad-curated experiences and events, ample shared workspaces, and more–including a poker lounge.

Not to be overlooked, NoMad’s best-in-class food and beverage program continues at the NoMad Restaurant and Bar and signature rooftop restaurant and mixology bar concept. The project will also include an exceptional anchor destination on the ground floor – Casa Tua Cucina, Miami’s favorite artisanal Italian eatery from Miky Grendene.

Additional on-site highlights include an outdoor theater with a seating lawn and grilling area, 24/7 valet service, and museum-quality art handpicked from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection. This iconic blend of high design and creative energy is not to be missed.

NoMad Residences Wynwood has also recently achieved several important construction milestones, including the application for permits after the building’s plans were approved by the Urban Development Review Board. The development team consists of the Related Group and Tricap, along with NoMad’s parent company Sydell Group. Unit interiors and building amenities are designed by the award-winning, globally renowned NoMad Hotels and DesignAgency, including the much-anticipated NoMad Q.
