Celebrating 20 years, the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival returns for 2021 with a slew of new programming, along with much-loved signature events. The festival will feature a diverse roster of culinary talent with a focus on the local chefs that have been the backbone of the festival since its first year. Expect the return of signature favorites, such as Italian Bites on the Beach hosted by Giada De Laurentiis and the Burger Bash hosted by Bobby Flay. To ensure the safety of all involved, SOBEWFF is working with a certified COVID Safety Compliance Team to oversee and approve health and safety measures at all event venues, including implementing strict mask requirements, doing away with family-style or buffet-style service, and moving as many events outside as possible. Over the years, the festival has raised more than $30 million for the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University.
