Easter feasting at III Forks

On April 4, sit down to a luxurious Easter Sunday with family and friends at III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Palm Beach Gardens. No hopping required.
Executive chef Tommy Nevill will usher in the gastronomic holiday with a decadent Sunday brunch ($49 per person). Premium selections include filet mignon Benedict; 10 oz. New York strip and two eggs; shrimp and grits; vegetarian steak & eggs; or lobster tail Benedict with Hollandaise sauce, poached eggs, asparagus, and fingerling potatoes. Feeling toasty? Guests can tip back a spicy Bloody Mary cocktail or sparkling mimosa ($8 each) along with complimentary scones, Danish, and biscotti.
Diners can also select from the Easter à la carte menu, like charred cauliflower steak ($21), Atlantic salmon with tarragon chimichurri sauce ($37), cold water lobster tail (market price), and a heavenly 32 oz. Tomahawk ribeye ($96).
Easter hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Brunch offerings and the à la carte menu are available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. A regular menu is available after 3 p.m. Children’s holiday brunch menu ($18) features bespoke pancakes, sausage, and scrambled eggs.
