To celebrate Earth month, The Shelborne South Beach has teamed up with Clean Miami Beach, Pura Vida and Mita Eyewear, to host a beach clean up and special yoga class (with $5 donation) on April 17th. The day will begin with an outdoor beach yoga class at 8:30 a.m., followed by a group beach clean up at 10 a.m.
There will be amazing giveaways such as a raffle with a one night stay at the hotel, in addition to retail swag from MITA Sustainable Eyewear and bites by Pura Vita.
All CDC safety guidelines will be mandated. Clean Miami Beach strives to protect Miami Beach and its marine wildlife. Their mission is to keep the community away from harmful pollutants and to provide a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and of course, wildlife.
This memorable earth day combo will be hosted on Saturday, April 17th at 2101 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, FL 33139. Masks and close-toed shoes are required and attendees should bring their own water bottles (no plastic) and yoga mats. There are only 100 volunteer spots available so make sure to RSVP on the @cleanmiamibeach Instagram page or at https://www.volunteercleanup.org/cleanmiamibeach/clean_miami_beach_earth_day_cleanup_and_yoga_in_mid_beach_by_21th_st as soon as possible.
